Lechosław Nowak – Terapia Gestalt

I am a  therapist and a group trainer. I graduated from the four-year School for Trainers and Psychotherapists at the Institute for Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy, accredited by the EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy) and FORGE (Federation of Gestalt Training Organization).

I am continuously developing my skills by participating in trainings and conferences. I gained my experience as a therapist, among others at: Day Ward for Alcohol and Psychoactive Substances Addiction Therapy, Center for Children and Youth Development at the KARAN Crisis Intervention Center in Wrocław, Psychiatric Day Ward and Closed Ward at Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Złotoryja.

I work with the existential-humanistic approach whose primary goal is your well-being, development, self-awareness, choices, and possibly your first encounter with yourself and the way you are. If you feel open to have an encounter with yourself in the environment of understanding, support, exploration, and experiencing, then I encourage you to contact m. I am also a co-founder of the DomTerapeutow.pl initiative. I work in the Polish and English language. In addition to my practice as a therapist, I also have experience in working for consulting and financial corporations.

I am a member of the Polish Society for Gestalt Psychotherapy (PTPG) and AAGT (The Association for the Advancement of Gestalt Therapy). I regularly use supervision in support of work and  my clients’ well-being and development.
